  1. The recommended maximum daily intake of coffee is 400mg/day for healthy adults and 300mg/day for pregnant women and most reports tell us it is good for our health. I know without it in the morning I’d not be a happy soul. Mind you not using milk and sugar is certainly the best and healthiest way to have it. Time for a coffee I think.
