Easy green lentil salad

This salad is so easy and quick to make you will want to make it for your lunch at work every week, like I do. I use Sainsbury’s organic green lentils which are already cooked to save myself some time.

  1. A great idea to use lentils as the main base of a salad. For some reason I tend to use mine as part of a dish, but they’re so filling and satisfying I can see this would totally work. Inspired to get playing, thank you! x

    1. I am glad you are finding this recipe useful and thanks for the flood of comments I received from you! 🙂 I eat different variations of this salad every week so I don’t get bored of it. I actually rarely use cheese with it as I don’t buy it that often but yes, it’s quite filling.
