Do you feel stressed? Are you often angry? Irritable? Are you just generally unhappy? You should really try meditating then! Recently I’ve been feeling a bit out of balance so I decided to take on a 21-day meditation challenge led by Oprah & Deepak Chopra. This is not the first time I am doing it, it’s probably the third time and I am really enjoying it.

If you are interested in giving a meditation a go, starting with Oprah & Deepak’s meditation challenge is definitely a great idea. You will get guided throughout the session which is great to beginners. Are you going to join me on my 21-day meditation experience with Oprah & Deepak? You can still register and you will be able to start from day 1. Just to keep in mind, every recording is available only for 5 days after it’s been played.
This month’s focus is on relationships – relationship with yourself and with others around you.
Create peace within yourself, and let its energy open up your relationships and your world.
Just keep in mind that this kind of meditation experience does not run every month. It only happens a few times a year so it’s really worth doing it. You don’t have to do the whole 21 days, just do what you can if time is an issue. Alternatively, you could try searching guided meditation videos on YouTube and give those a go. Not sure which ones are good though, so if you discover something really good do let me know so that I can check it out!
