I use Yuka or Open Food Facts and if necessary read the labels. Instead of tins with legumes I prefer to buy the packets of beans as they contain no additives.
It&#039;s a great pity that quark is not very popular in the UK. With Skyr it contains the highest levels of protein. It&#039;s widely available on the continent in different fat levels in 500 or 1 kg. I definitely prefer it to the Greek style jochurt.]]></description>
