Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prep your mixture.
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped dates, almonds, nut butter, syrup, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Don’t stop mixing until the batter comes completely together and can be easily made into balls.
Roll the mixture into small tablespoon-sized balls and dot onto the baking sheet.
Drizzle each ball with the melted chocolate and sprinkle with the cacao nibs.
Place the baking sheet into the refrigerator for half an hour or until the ball and the chocolate on top has set.
Now they’re ready to eat. Take one (or five) and pass them around!
