Add 3 eggs into a mixing bowl.
Add milk and whisk all together.
Slowly add wholemeal flour while constantly whisking the mixture.
Melt the butter and add to the mix while whisking.
Add vanilla flavouring and agave nectar and mix very well to get a smooth texture.
Heat up a non-stick frying pan (3/4 of heat) and make pancakes one after another until you run out of the mixture.
To serve, add your favourite filling.
