Review

There are several different flavours of Biotiful kefir but I’ve decided to try these two: The Original and Raspberry. Here is my review:

Biotiful Kefir – The Original

Biotiful kefir - The Original

I was pleasantly surprised by this kefir. Its taste was better than other kefir brands I’ve tried before. It’s slightly sour with a creamy texture, similar to yogurt but thinner, yet it has a tangy kick. Despite being unsweetened, I found it delicious and not too sour. Overall, I really enjoyed it.

Biotiful Kefir – Raspberry

Biotfiul kefir - Raspberry

I was initially expecting this kefir to be sweet, but it’s only slightly sweet with no added sugar. The sweetness comes from raspberry puree and fruit extracts, making it a healthier alternative to other sweetened kefirs on the market.

I can just taste the raspberry and while I enjoyed this flavour I’m curious to try other flavours to see if they’re more flavoursome. If you prefer slightly sweet kefir, this is a good flavour to try, but I personally prefer plain kefir.

Final thoughts

Overall, I really enjoyed both flavours of Biotiful kefir and would recommend them to anyone looking for a delicious and nutritious probiotic drink.

It’s a great alternative to sugary drinks and its high probiotic content means it can offer health benefits such as improved digestion, immunity boosting, and reduced inflammation.

It’s also lower in lactose than other dairy products, making it easier to digest for those with lactose intolerance.

I would definitely recommend giving Biotiful Kefir a try if you’re looking for a healthy and delicious probiotic drink!
